Trust moves one way and stops with the athlete. Trusted issuers can include schools, clubs, governing bodies, showcase organizations, and colleges.
The Passport belongs to the athlete.
Confirming a fact does not give your organization ownership of the record, and it does not give the athlete's record to us. The Passport is issued to the athlete, in their name, with their own number.
When the athlete moves on — new school, new club, college — the record moves with them, and what was confirmed stays associated with it rather than being retyped as a claim.

A confirmed fact sits on the athlete's Passport where a recruiting coach can read it. That is one fewer call, email, or form for your staff each time it is asked.
Your confirmation is attributed
A fact your organization confirmed is shown as confirmed, with its source and the date. It does not flatten into an unattributed claim the athlete typed in.
It continues after the roster turns over
The athlete keeps the record when they leave you. What you confirmed goes with them instead of being retyped somewhere new.

Recruit Passport confirms institutional facts today through a reviewed verification process that we run. Every confirmation is reviewed by a person before it appears on a Passport.
There is no school or club dashboard, and no self-service tool for institutions to sign into. Direct institutional confirmation is a pilot, and we are inviting a limited number of schools and clubs into it.
Pilot onboarding is hands-on. We work through it with your organization directly, so the first institutions join the chain correctly rather than quickly.
